How To Perpare Fried Rice With Chicken

This is a simple way to prepare tasty fried rice and chicken with lightheartedness

– 2 cups cooked white rice

– 1 chicken breast, diced

– 2 tbsp vegetable oil

– 1 onion, diced

– 2 cloves garlic, minced

– 1 carrot, diced

– 1/2 cup peas

– 2 eggs, beaten

– 2 tbsp soy sauce

– 1 tbsp oyster sauce

– 1 tbsp sesame oil

– Salt and pepper to taste


  1. In a pan over medium-high heat, sauté the chicken in 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil until browned and cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  2. Add the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil to the same pan and sauté the onion and garlic until tender.
  3. Add the carrot and peas and cook until tender, about 3-5 minutes.
  4. Move the vegetables to one side of the pan and add the beaten eggs to the other side. Scramble the eggs until cooked and then mix in with the vegetables.
  5. Add the cooked rice and the cooked chicken to the pan and mix well.
  6. Add the soy sauce, oyster, sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper to taste. Mix well.
  7. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through and then serve hot.
