This is a simple way to prepare tasty fried rice and chicken with lightheartedness

 Ingredients:
– 2 cups cooked white rice
– 1 chicken breast, diced
– 2 tbsp vegetable oil
– 1 onion, diced
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 carrot, diced
– 1/2 cup peas
– 2 eggs, beaten
– 2 tbsp soy sauce
– 1 tbsp oyster sauce
– 1 tbsp sesame oil
– Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a pan over medium-high heat, sauté the chicken in 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil until browned and cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- Add the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil to the same pan and sauté the onion and garlic until tender.
- Add the carrot and peas and cook until tender, about 3-5 minutes.
- Move the vegetables to one side of the pan and add the beaten eggs to the other side. Scramble the eggs until cooked and then mix in with the vegetables.
- Add the cooked rice and the cooked chicken to the pan and mix well.
- Add the soy sauce, oyster, sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper to taste. Mix well.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through and then serve hot.
