25g (10z) wheatgerm
25g (1oz) sunflower seed
50g ( 2oz ) sultanas or raisins
50g ( 2oz ) hazeinuts or brazils, roughly chopped
175g (6oz) dried fruits such as pears,figs, apricots,chopped
