At the end of the study, it was observed that the mean serum estradiol level was significantly increased in FC compared to NC groups.

 However, there was a significant reduction in serum estradiol levels in ZET and LT groups compared to the FC group. This study confirms the efficacy of Zobo extract as an anti-estrogenic agent which can be used in the treatment of uterine fibroid.
